Had a look at the website and started to fill in the detail...too complex...too intrusive!
It's a wonder there isn't provision for the fingerprint!
Sheesh...buying an ounce of gold for goodness sakes...just not worth the hassle to go through such a "financial frisking" exercise.
Suggest HEG should change the name "Shopping Cart" to "Overnight Shopping Cart" to properly reflect the time involved in gathering all the information.
