With all due respect I'm not sure what you are talking about PP. Filling in the form took a couple of minutes and my purchase was simple and clear. Perhaps there's been a change to the process since you purchased?
All's you need is your drivers licence and your HIN and it's done. Looking forward to getting my little bars.
