I don't accept Ken and Julies post share suspension fees as ligitimate so I am not sure of which two creditors you speak of.

There have been many lies told . I would also read the OCT 26 Report to Creditors if I was you regarding creditors and many other issues.

Its unlikely the law has not been broken many times with this company under former directors.
