ethan related company sold and bought back for a song? i don't know what company that is? obviously you know a lot more that the rest of us. what do you mean by creditors getting allegra? what creditors would get allegra and how would they get allegra? the creditors i know of just want to be paid what they are owed in AUD here in australia as normal. it's all a bit cryptic

ken and julie are listed as creditors by the administrators in the report you stated, whether we like it or not, so they are the questionable 2! of course we all hope they are not paid and should not be as you have pointed out.

hoping if nothing else the escrowed shares will not be released to them. ASX will surely rule against them being issued to them after the debacle that has ensued. i doubt very much Ken will want to be questioned over those anyway..........
