Ken and Julie are creditors and will inherit what they want everyone to belive, is a broke Company worth nothing and heavily in debt. Why do they want it??

No to creditors getting Allegra. Wind it down into administration . Let the truth out.
The company related to ETH that got sold and bought back by the same people for a fraction of what it was sold for.. I will keep my powder dry on that.
No to Pager for me. A better proposal is already on the table and if that means a six month wait then fine.
