"As announced by Bannerman on 13 September 2011, Bannerman noted a release from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission ('ASIC') and associated press reports regarding ASIC's investigation into suspected insider trading activities by certain Hanlong executives in securities of Bannerman. Bannerman also announced that it continues to engage in discussions with Hanlong regarding the Hanlong proposal.
There can be no certainty that the Hanlong proposal will proceed and it is possible that a final position will
not be known for some months."
