I'm having trouble working out what exactly Biota has secured from the Victorian Govt.

The media release says the Govt is supporting Biota in its expansion. No mention of dollars. Hell it could mean they are repaving the road outside Biota HQ for all we know.

No price sensitive announcement means Biota is not in receipt of cold hard taxpayer cash (and arent we good at getting that lol).
