i think its a positive, Barda grant, vic government supporting...the govt gves away money for these things, so the nett cost to the company is often small, yet the company gets huge benefits.
It shows confidence in the future, we just need a few more investors to buy some to put away for the future.
it wont take much to be back over $1..its the pesky bots playing with the stock day in day out...
