Someone has done a panic sell-----i believe that sale will be deeply regretted very shortly----if the two parties are close to doing a deal but cant quite get satisfaction----there is a chance that both parties can agree on a short extension---for the sake of not having to hire and pay for an independent valuer---which would hold up proceedings too long-----either way---if Xtrata deals or walks----there will be a value of sorts on the Roseby project,which currently is not being taken into account..Good times to come IMO.Good luck to the buyer at 27 cents too.
