No I didn't Malaga but there are plenty of places that have fallen by large amounts. I was in that area looking at port coogee . Think that will be a good spot in the future when it's not so out on its own but really fully priced at the moment.
Just adding some thoughts and not really sure which way things will go in the next few years but rents are high and surely can't rise too much more regardless of how many miners are in town??
