Thats a relief. the apartments are good but the area is a dog. Agree with you on Port Coogee. Remember the auctions in 2007 with all sold out in one day. How many of those buyers are down 50%. That is not the norm and most on here talking investment grade property which has held up well. Off now to watch election results. cheers
