Judge might be a director but he lives OS. CVN appointed him so they can use his excellent OS contacts. He is not involved in the day by day goings on. Now if the working directors (like Ted) started selling their shares then a red flag can be erected. Like many people low cash, debt and opportunities will dictate when you have to sell. No one who knows the CVN story would choose to sell if they didn't have too.
