Assuming AXO can both acquire and build the project, this marks the end for any new vanadium projects.
Think about it.
3 million tonnes at about 1.1% V2O5 beig sold to the chinese for steel and vanadium production. That will create about 30,000 tonnes of new V2O5 supply. Hetero says divide by 1.785 which means about 17,000 tonnes new vanadium supply - more than 25% of annual global production.
This will make Balla Balla the largest single source of vanadium in the world and make it impossible for any new entrants to get into production as the vanadium price will plummet. Except of course AXO.
