Maybe tomorrow - once the news breaks.
This could reverse BKL / BAL situation (ie: send BAL up, but BKL down)
After all, BKL's PE is so much higher than BAL even though BKL is technically in a no growth situation.
BAL's SP (like you mentioned) has no growth priced in for FY17... which I find it a bit hard to believe.
