I wrote to Ronn Bechler at Market Eye. This is his response :

Thank you for your email and support as a shareholder. The ABC report was incorrect as it should have referred to Blackmores. Their comments had nothing to do with Bellamy’s. We have been liaising with the ABC on this and they have removed the erroneous article from the website and we understand will be publishing a correction this afternoon / evening.
