I had found the first Alcoa PDF but hadn't followed the trail yet. FWIW, these are the companies I have found in the general NE of america (inc. Canada). I only included the companies I could verify tonnages for:
1. Beck Aluminium:
Factories in Wisconsin and Pennsylvania - Both produce around 6m pounds per month (approximately 65,000T per year combined)

2. Greenway Industries:
Factory located in Southern Ontario (near Toronto), current capacity of 65,000 T per year. Quote, "All salt cake is containerized and shipped by licensed carriers to certified landfills."

Located in Laval, near Montreal. Secondary production of 23,000T per year.
