Gee Pommie, I can't argue against any of that, and I think we'd all like it to happen tomorrow; yesterday; last year fer pucks sake. I've put my house on the market hoping to hang on to these, so you'd better hope my house sells. I understand the angst; I think we all do. It's been a long ride. jwt
