I don't know why this bidder apperaing before market open would necessarily be genuine.
Could it be that the bid is submitted to influenece the many automated market sweep technologies that would provide a false statistical indicator(s) ...then tactifully removed prior to market open.
When colleseum present their next takeover offer ...wonder what "stats" they'll be including to justify their offer price ....hmmm.
