Interesting to see Larry Kestelman in the AFR today making another killing on a property deal. The more I read about him, the more comfortable I am that he is never going to let go of his 10.1% PGR stake cheap. And he certainly doesn't need the cash given he's worth about $800m. Given PGR can't buy him out without offering others the same deal, it seems like he offers some good coat tails to ride on.
