    I notice management and radiologists are to be given a share in the new company. Its only ordinary share holders that are being made to sell. The others are rolling over some of their investments.

    According toe the AFR 26/9 Maquarie Bank are still interested.

    The 15c comes off the offer price according to my understanding. This may explain the lower share price
