    I think the 4 cents fully franked dividend will also come off the cash price. So the $3.50 cash price - $0.19 (4 cent + 15 cent dividends) will leave a $3.31 cash price, if accepted.
    Is this the way you read it?

    I wouldn't be surprised if MBL is still interested in DVC. It has already partnered FKP in retirement sector so aged care would also certainly fit. And $3.50 is in my eyes, still a far cry from a premium for DVC. Just look at what this company has made itself into...they are a leading Aussie health and aged care provider, which is another gem which could be added into the MBL crown.

    I would not be surprised to see a further offer for DVC.
