Hotcopper appears to have agreed with the basis for moderating the post. Jwest can repost hank's position but just needs to make clear it is hank's view and that jwest hasn't sought out responses from YOW or from Virginia Whetstone. It's not about not liking the information, its about presenting the information in a manner which is not misleading, so that readers can give the information the appropriate weight.

My own personal view is that we should treat any information sourced from hank with a healthy dose of cynicism. In particular, in my view, we should be very careful with his position on the legal status of the claims against him (from YOW and Virginia). As a lawyer myself, in my experience most individuals would struggle to provide an objective, dispassionate and accurate overview of the factual and legal status of the dispute they are embroiled in.
