You are talking like quasi lawyer who should know how to research suitable resources and find out facts and same goes for Stiffy. Get the facts and with your greater legal knowledge give us a laymans interpretation as it is not technical difficult decision.

So is the court case over ??? YOW have not said it is over they just out of the blue chose to announce proposed release of wrapping machine which everyone thought was weird and weird wording but not give any other detail? That is what got me inquisitive. IMO we haven't received the full detail and very sus about no statement saying legal action has been concluded.

So if case wasn't over you are correct IMO that bond would have to be put up but why wasn't that announced even if not the exact number but the fact they had to?
