Yeah, not quite sure why the bond amount appears to have gone up from the $500k odd to $900k. It seemed to increase from the injunction order to the writ of replevin (which appears to be a writ allowing the sheriffs to go in to retrieve). It's not really material I guess.
The motion makes clear that although Whetstones state they intend to claim $6m no case has been filed yet. I guess we wait and see if anything eventuates. I'm not too concerned really, it will certainly be an irritation but even worst case scenario a $6m judgment against YOW shouldn't be a killer. Particularly if by the time the case is done and dusted YOW is pulling in good revenue.
At least we now know where to look.
