I maybe wrong but this company has a history of a deflating s/p post director/major shareholder selling so the current position is no real surprise. One can Annalise the future potential till he is blue but the current position is what's more important. Cash burn rate, lack of trial results, ability to repeat last years revenue this year etc all a concern.
