'If i was a director and i was privileged to information' - I have to share that with the market. Dangerous territory otherwise.
I would say they may see potential with the REE and so are loading up. An announcement that says they are drilling for REE up the road from Mountain Pass in highly prospective ground will turn things around and maybe some info on the gold as well. All good mate hope we do well.
