If this article is true, it means that RCY will be donating all proceeds PLUS $1 for every car that goes through the tunnel on 23-July. To make matters worse, 23-Jul is a Friday, the busiest day of the tolling week. I think donating $1 per car is sufficient given RCY's current position. How does a company donate money that it doesn't have (considering how much debt they have)?

Please somebody tell me there is some commercial logic to this.
