    DIO will be over $1. AVO wants DIO and RMS wants DIO too.

    Our board is opportunistic and Bakersteel Capital. AVO is probably revising their bid now. Probably their statement will just criticise the merits of RMS's offer, sayings its conditional, AVO has 20 something % in DIO sufficient to block them.

    DIO boards decision is the key and Bakersteel Capital's support.
