I was watching this all the time. There was a big seller at 87c earlier with over 580,000 shares, he is reducing his price all the time.

Now he is sitting at 77c with 490,000 shares left. I think he really wants to get out of DIO to take cash.

Once he is gone, DIO will fly, but not to $1 maybe high 80s. Cos RMS deal is conditional and not endorsed yet.

Watch the next few days, DIO board again opportunistic, they will likely want RMS's offer.

Bear in mind, RMS is probably talking to Bakersteel. AVO considering to lift bid, because they want Frog's Leg badly.

Look at how they reacted when Northgate was in talks with DIO.

Once, RMS has the support they need, they will make the offer unconditional. This will prompt AVO to lift their offer. AVO right now maybe attempting to block RMS's chances.
