Hi Kat, 1.3 mill in conv notes owed to recently passed CEO's brother, currently under a court case. Plus money owed by CEO himself and one of the owners of Hotcopper, who have been fuding the operation for the last 12 months.
It has 80% ownership of MPLH listed in USA (they owe PNO $1.2 mill USD),
from memory 20 mill in tax losses...

Time will tell, but they are fighting for something...and as the biggest shareholder the palermo family, they are the ones to lose most if shareholders miss out, so be gauranteed they are trying to obtain the best deal for the shareholders..
