In their AGM agenda (to be held 31st October) there is a motion to approve a 10% capital raising within a 12 month date from the date of the AGM. It talks about dilution of shareholder value etc etc. Cast your mind back 12 months to after the the AGM 2013 there was a 19% capital raising in Nov which diluted the Share Price down to the offer price of 60c from 70c. PVD have not shown any respect in these offerings to current shareholders and I do believe that if approved there will be a institutional offering prior to spud in January. It makes sense that the offering will come whilst the share price is potentially the highest pre-spud. Me I'm hopping on a plane and going to attend the AGM. I'm not against the potential capital raising what I am against is the scant regard for current shareholders. Would appreciate other holders views on this
