That's true. Also purely IMHO it's more likely to be a mixed investigative result rather than a flat out duster, at least judging from the anns. Either some kind of vague promising signs and investigating the source to see how to approach SNE-1 better or investigating mixed, less than ideal or inconclusive results. At least that's how I'd see it playing out if you remove the strong signal the price action is screaming at us from the equation.
