Contact the share registry (Automic) to find out what is going on. As a first step, try using their website to lookup your holding details (and any payment history / details ). you cobably do it as a ‘single holding query rather than creating a full account login, But if you have other shareholdings in companies that use Automic as their registry, its worthwhile doing. Failing that, get on phine to Automic, but be prepared to be put on hold & wait , wait wait .... I have not found Automic to be the ‘best mob in town for customer service and efficiency’
