I was trying to make a point that charts alone don't explain everything so it sometimes pays to look a bit further.
I think the Gold stocks were oversold and possibly shorted that is why in my opinion they were lower than maybe they should have been.
As soon as Gold looked promising the shorters have to cover and other people buy in as well. Also Kingsgate is a low liquidity stock so it moves fast.
It will be interesting to see their half year result. Hopefully they will surprise on the upside with their Thai production.
