Mmh, but that means you expect that insiders are using their information advantage to load up before the common shareholder knows what's going on.

I am not naive, so you may be right, but assuming this to be standard operating procedure at KCN does concern me.
On the other hand, the rise may be purely expectation-driven. Expectation, which may - or may not! - be proven wrong with the next quarterly.
