Got home and it seems RAMCap are leading the charge with ousting the existing board and BHD staff. However it is my understanding that another offer may be coming very soon so I suggest that if you are a holder of BHD.. sit tight and at least wait for the other offer.
There is a statement in the RAMcap notice that states if BHD is not listed after 6 months of the new directors being appointed then they will pay 50% of net assets. I feel that is not enough and would prefer if the actual firm was taken over and fully dissolved and all funds handed back.
