I thought Gus made it fairly clear today that it would happen AFTER the SML issuance and subsequent announcement of the debt packaging deals. So unlikely before mid to late April, when the SP should be a lot higher (pending SML and an attractive financing package).
He also said shareholders would get first bite of the cherry.
