The left fielder is further news/update on the relationship between PEN and "strategic partner" for 40-50% of production.
An off-take agreement in the mix here would certainly add fuel to the PEN fires now.
PEN would then be in a position to production certainty + a significant customer to sell that production to.
I'm thinking the 8c Class D's are going to vest!
