Offtake agreement(s) will be a huge vote of confidence. With these, together with SML, capital financing and hopefully, no request for stay of construction from the petitioners, the re-rating will be substantial - and take as much closer to the Uranerz and Ur-Energy valuation metrics.
And any increase in the U spot price - associated with the Japanese parliament decision on restarts, or other factors - will be icing on the cake.
