Sounds like drifta doesn't believe in 'nearology'. After all, the boundary is a huge 200mtres away[ 183 yds]. Wonder what the attitude would be if it were the other way around? The Conico/Greenstone tenement is an economic proposition all on its own.
But, as its been pointed out, magnetic surveys indicate mineral deposits don't recognise boundaries. A deep drill this side of the boundary, should turn out to be really worthwhile, adding heaps more value to what is already in the tenement.All in all,a good punt, I reckon.
