For those of us who are old enough, we can remember the wardens who toured the streets (In Aus) to see if any light showed from your windows during war time
So in this new world of Government control and mandates will we see those wardens back again, to check and control how many lights you have on at night, are you being wasteful of the power supply ?
Just a look around your neighborhood and you will see houses blazing with light every night , will that be made illegal ??
