Labor have come out with a policy for housing, a shared ownership scheme if you will. In my opinion having no policy is better than this one. (Not good)
If gov and banks had interest rates at an acceptable level, lent at lower DTI’s and gave the printing press time to cool down there wouldn’t be such unaffordable homes in my opinion.
Over the years it’s abundantly clear that gov want higher home prices not lower/affordable prices.
