Australian population could fit into 240 MCG's...that doesnt include the oval in the middle of the stadium. We built alice springs...what the hell is in alice springs...nothing but a rock 400ks away. There is almost nowhere in this country we couldnt develop.
North Australia has so much water and so much land that could be farmed.
Now Japan or the UK or iralnd or spain i could understand land shortages...but everyone of those countries has had massive house price falls.
In fact a house in Japan is worth less that it was 20 years ago.
There is no shortage of land, just govt's that dont wnt to to release it as it would cause house prices to fall and they wouldnt get re-elected.
It wont be long before they wont be re-elected because they didnt allow the bubble to pop by releasing land
