unfortunately they even got to the some of "us" and now 'those' are spruiking for "them"...
there's NO SHORTAGE of land, never was, never will be...it's a "angle" of planning but even that will "seize" to be fashionable fairly soon...
right now we are witnessing desperate attempt of our government...saving property prices from falling...which will in turn, expose/ruin a few of our banks...remember who is guaranteeing for money in those same, "dodgy books and undisclosed exposure" banks ?!?!?!
