gee, it was not all that long ago, that watso was reading articles about the technological problems of extracting oil/gas from the shales. the bakken shales has been known for donkey years. the reality is, that there is no real need to think about renewables, for a long time. mmm limit couples to one child each, then fossil fuels will last for a thousand years
