I lost more than 80,000 in super because of this , i cant believe he got off with a fine of 15,000 only. this is a joke , seems like the courts couldnt be bothered doing their jobs and no one really investigated this case. this is totally wrong , Adrian did so many things wrong ,
has any shareholders launched any class actions against Adrian or nwt ?
i have been suffering over the loss in my super for more than 5 years now, i search up today to see if there was any results and this is what i find?
this is not justice , we have to do something i want to contact the judge or courts and let them know that this is wrong ,
Adrian lied to the shareholders , stole from the company , let his pride get in the way of stepping down , caused the company to fall through , caused the lenders to stop lending , stole over 300k from the company nwt , doesnt he have to pay this money back???
