current MBN shareholders are in a better position than many others.

    Would you rather be :-
    - chinese offtakers who cannot get any extra Ni supply from MBN or anywhere else
    - the brasil Govt that faces paying US$11M VAT refund and loss of 5000 jobs in Itagiba region & loss of a US$5B to this regional economy during the Olympics
    - brasil St Rita workers with chindlren and wives to support who are now unemployed and have only the dole to rely on
    - brasil Ilheus port workers, truck drivers and cafes in St Rita that now have no work and are closing up
    - USNHs who put in debt at 55c per share sitting on 8.3c now on the ASX and cannot trade their shares or debt
    - prior MBN shareholders who got a 98.5% haircut
    - the VA VR who face large legal claims and endless litigation over this fiasco of administration over a company that wasnt and isnt insolvent
    - Votorantim that shuttered but is facing US$400M in MBN claims for breach of contract
    - the CEO CFO who made statements to the investors and workers that were incorrect and face various legal and moral consequences
    - Ross Griffiths who told us the CN would be repaid and there was "illiquidity" when everyone else contradicted him and now faces various legal claims
    - Chairman Newsted who led MBN into a VA and faces the loss of his net worth whilst his debt offer from his firm Guggenheim was rejected?
    - St Rita, whose abusive husband was murdered & endured decades of torture
    - Brasil President who faces jail and impeachment during the Olympics!
    - PAN MCR QNI shareholders who lost 50%-90% of their investment values so far

Our shares are protected right now and those who bought in at 8c-14c are way better off than all of the above. We are way better off than USNHs who invested US$500M at 55c a share and even the workers.
We have our investments at risk but not our families or freedom or jobs or morality.

So look on the bright side, we have to wait it out until NP BRL goes to 4.50 for a few years and if that happens earlier, MBN will be back and relist. If not, they dont need to do anything but sell & ship stockpiles for 2 years with no tailings dam capex needed.
