The metal has not been taken out of the ground, the buyers have not received, the payment has not been made, the revenue is not in the bank.
The promoters have been paid, the shareholders greed fund the fat cats, 36 cents for still no production is a heathy price for a very good story.
Maybe its time for a reality check?
