A PER of 60 for a whole market is completely ridiculous, there's no wonder it burst so hard.
There are very few companies where you can guarantee or be pretty sure of its profits 60 years into the future. Freeways, airports maybe. A whole market? crazy.
As far as I know our market hasn't got anywhere near that sort of PER, or even near the American market during the tech boom.
