Interesting.......So all these shares have been sold? The share price is holding up very well. There must have been some good support for the price to hold.
My thinking is in order for the price to hold, there must be a equal number of buyers as there is sellers. If there were no buyers, this stock would have been down and if the directors hadn't sold their stocks, the price would have gone up.
I think there's going to be a classic pennant forming in the next couple of days. Alot of trading around the 5c mark and then breaking on news (either good or bad).
